After graduating from the Photographic Technology program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton in 1994, I moved to Whistler to continue my career as a professional photographer. My career has involved all aspects of the photographic field. I have shot sports photography including skiing, snowboarding, and hockey events such as the 1994 Men's World Cup Downhill, the 1996 World Ski and

Snowboard Festival, and the Stan Smyl Hockey School.

My commercial photography includes conferences and corporate work for Whistler/Blackcomb, Canon Office Supplies, Shaklee Pharmaceuticals, and many others.

I enjoy landscape and stock photography, but mostly I love people photography. My focus has been in both environmental and studio portraiture for weddings, families, children and animals. Over the past six years I have refined my skills and specialized in wedding portraiture because weddings are the ultimate expression of joy and happiness in people photography.
